I think it would be valuable to include an estimate of the number of new residents each development site could bring to the neighborhood in the “creating the future” section. By using the Census Bureau’s count of 2.26 people per dwelling unit in Boston as a multiplier, we can provide a clearer picture of how many new residents these rezoning scenarios would ultimately introduce to the community.
